A Hundred Horses

by Sarah Lean

Nell's life is a bore for her. School? Boring. Drama Club? Not interested. Book Club? ZZZZZZ. When her mom has a week long conference to go to, she says she has to stay with some relatives she doesn't know. Nell is not happy. She expects nothing more than silly younger cousins and boring farm life. But when a mysterious girl named Angel steals the special suitcase that holds the beloved miniature carousel that her dad made for her before he left her and her mom, she goes on an exciting adventure that she never expected. Can she retrieve her carousel, or is Angel really that bad?

I enjoyed this book because it is full of adventure and mysteries.

Rupuzel's Revenge

by Shannon Hale

Rupuzel has lived with her mother in the villa for her entire life. Or who she thought was her mother. Rupunzel might have never learned the truth if not for the wall that surrounded the villa. Finally when she turned twelve, her curiosity overtook her. She never expected what she saw.

I liked this book because it is adventurous, funny, and... Magical

Geronimo Stilton's Graphic Novels

By Geronimo Stilton (of course)

The Geronimo Stiltnon
I LOVE Geronimo Stilton books. Especially the Graphic Novels. For one thing they are educational (moms, I bet you'll like that).  For second, third, and forth things they are hilarious, exciting, and hands down awesome! If you or your kids (it depends how old you are) have not read any Geronimo Stilton books yet I HIGHLY suggest reading one. Trust me, you won't be able to keep your eyes away.
